Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards through paypal-a secure online payment service-to process orders. If you prefer, you may pay by cheque or money order, but these orders will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared.
All prices in the site shop are listed in Canadian dollars. Canadian orders will be charged 5% HST.
Shipping
We ship every two or three days. Occasionally an item selected will be out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours. We ship Canada Post expedited service. Delivery takes up to six business days in transit. For international orders, receiver is responsible for any duty and tax. It takes approximately 6-10 days in transit. Please contact our office directly for any special orders.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 business days. Returned merchandise must be in unused saleable condition not worn altered or washed. We do not refund shipping charges and customer is responsible for return shipping. Damaged merchandise must be reported within five business days. All returns must include your original receipt. Sale items are not returnable.
Privacy Policy
We do not share our customer information with any third parties. We do keep your information for our mailing list.
